You may switch from participating in the virtual conference to the physical conference until 14 July; costs of participation will be those of your initial registration date. When physical presence is possible you will receive an email from us that you may switch your online registration to a physical registration.
The registration fee covers morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches, conference materials. The deadline for registration is 23 July 2021.
Cancellation of your registration is possible until 23 July 2021; your registration fee will be fully refunded minus €25,- handling fee. After 23 July 2021 the registration fee will not be refunded.
